Bacon wrapped Meatloaf Casserole - (AKA) The Hedgehog

This is a Eye Catching Meal that All will Love!
Even the Children !
Make it for your next Tailgate Party!
Watch their eyes get big as Footballs!

     Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef or turkey

1 pack cocktail Hots
 links

1 pack of Bacon
2 eggs
1/4 cup onion-dices
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp celery season 
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp yellow mustard 
2 cups crushed corn flakes


    
     Directions:

Put aside Links and bacon to use for the topping
In Large bowl mix all remaining ingredients together using your hands
Form it into a oval shape and put it in a round casserole dish 
 Wrap the bacon around it to cover then push the cocktail links halfway in
(like quills)
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes / Use a turkey baster to suck out the excess juices while cooking
