Ingredient:

2 Potatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
dash salt
dash pepper

Directions:

Cut potatoes almost all the way through
top with oil,butter,salt,pepper
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes,check for softness after 20 minutes by poking center with fork
