Teriyaki Appetizers--30 minute meal-Low Fat-Tailgate party pleases

Any Gathering Deserves these tasty treats!
Make them for your Tailgate party!
Very Low Fat almost No Fat 







      Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
1/3 cup diced celery
1/3 cup finely diced carrots
1/3 of a medium onion -finely diced
1/2 cup corn
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 tbsp Teriyaki  sauce 
1 egg white- whipped up
1/2 cup white rice-cooked
1 pack Won Ton wraps
Cooking spray
wax paper

     Directions:

In large skillet: Add hamburger or turkey,celery,carrot,onion ,brown and drain grease
Add corn,salt,pepper,teriyaki sauce,cooked rice and stir to combined
Cover and simmer 10 minutes
Cut the Won Ton Wraps in half
Place a tsp of mix on one end of won ton piece-fold over the mixture
 and press down on edges to form a seal.fold edges up a little and pinch to form
a more secure seal,they should be in the shape of a square
Dust baking sheet with cooking spray and place the squares 1/2 inch apart
Dust tops of squares with cooking spray
Bake at 350 for  8 minutes, flip them over,bake 8 more minutes or till golden brown on both sides
