
This recipe is so easy
It will make everyone say WoW!
Save Money While Having More Bagels!
Ingredients:
3 cup Luke warm water
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar or sugar free substitute
6 1/4 cup flour
6 cups water for boiling
Directions:
In Large bowl combine ; Luke warm water,yeast,salt,flour and Mix well
Cover bowl with cloth hand towel and Let rise for 2 hours
Dust dough and cookie sheet with flour and break off Palm size chunks
Roll between palms to form a ball and place on cookie sheet
Let rise 20 minutes

Make a Hole in the middle of the dough using your finger
(Poke in middle and swirl finger in circles)About a thumb size hole
Slowly Plop each in the boiling water for 2 minutes each side of dough
Place on paper towel to drain for 2 minutes
Dust cookie sheet with baking spray and place bagels 1 inch apart
Dust tops of Bagels with cooking spray

Let cool about 15 minutes
Enjoy!
You can always add , 1/2 cup cheese for cheesy bagels
Or a 1/2 cup of your Favorite fruit or nuts
You can also top it off with sunflower seeds -add 10 minutes before dough is done cooking
