Try this mouth watering recipe tonight
It's quick to throw together,
yet taste full of love !
Ingredients:
6 fresh yellow squash or 4 cups can squash-Drained
2 tbs butter
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese-shredded
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 pinches of onion salt or powder
1 pinch nutmeg
using salt n pepper shakers - 3 dashes of each
2 shakes of parsley flakes
Directions:
In a 9x9 casserole dish smooth the butter on the bottom
place the drained squash on top
sprinkle the onion, salt,pepper, nutmeg and parsley, evenly over the squash
cover the squash with a Layer of cheese
Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes or till cheese is lightly golden,Sense ovens vary.
Check after 10 minutes
