This Recipe can be made Sugar Free by using
Sugar substitute
Ingredients:

2 pints strawberries
4 cups sugaror (sugar substitute)
substitute directions are on the back of the package.
1 box fruit Pectin (sure-jell)
3/4 cup water
5 one cup containers with air tight lids
Directions:
In Large bowl combine strawberries and sugar and mix well,set aside.
In small cooking pan combine water and Pectin and bring to a boils stirring continuously
boil for about one minute and remove from heat.
let cool 3 minutes then add it to the strawberry mixture and mix well.
Making sure that all sugar is dissolved.

Cover containers and leave them on the counter for about 24hrs.
This will set the mixture.
Then put them in the freezer for 48-72 hrs. let thaw in fridge for 3hrs before use.
Can be stored in freezer for up to one year.
Never store in room temperature after freezing.
Keep refridgerated.
