Sweet Cornbread -Easy recipe

Warm up you Family's Hearts
with this sweet cornbread recipe.
Serve warm with Uncle Chucks chili!
MMMMMM   GOOD  !!!









                 Ingredients:

1 cup corn meal
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg-beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 tbs butter
cooking spray

        Directions:

Spray a 8x9 round or square baking pan
heat oven to 400
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix till all is wet
pour into baking pan
Bake for 15-20 minutes till golden brown
test with fork in middle ,should come out clean when done.
let cool a couple of minutes before cutting
About 9-10 regular size pieces
