Deviled eggs - 15 Minute Meal

    Deviled eggs!
   A Hit at All Gatherings!







 





   Ingredients:

6 Eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 level tsp mustard
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
pinch pepper
Paprika to garnish

     Directions:

Put the 6 eggs (shell on) in a medium sauce pan and add water to just barely cover the eggs
bring to a boil,once boiling let boil 10 minutes
then remove from heat and add a  cup of cool water ,
 peal immediately, careful not to tear the egg
Cut eggs in half along the oval
pop the yolk out into a bowl
add mayo,mustard,cinnamon,salt,pepper, and mix well

tsp size scoops into egg halves
Sprinkle with Paprika
Ready to eat Immediately or
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes if you like them cool
Enjoy!
