Cheeseburger in Paradise !
Quick and Wholesome
Family Pleasing Meal !
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 yellow onion-chopped
2 eggs
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash Worcester sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
cooking spray
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400
Spray pie pan with cooking spray
cook beef and onions in a skillet till beef is brown(drain out grease)
Add salt,garlic powder and Worcester to beef mixture and pour into pie pan
Sprinkle the cheese over the mix in the pie pan
In a small bowl combine the Bisquick,milk and eggs(mix well)
then pour ontop of the cheese and spread evenly over the whole top
Bake for 25-30 minutes (ovens vary)
Let stand and cool for 5 minutes befor cutting into 8 pie pieces
