Crabelage Stew - Seafood and Sausage Lovers Dream

Crabelage Stew is a Magnificent  Collage
Of Seafood and  Poland together Deliciously!                  
Suggestion-serve with Oyster Crackers!










           Ingredients;
1 Lb. Link Pork Sausage-chopped
1 Polish Sausage 20" long-chopped
1 Lb. Fresh Crab meat-chopped/shredded
1 Lb. Fresh Shrimp-remove shell-whole
3 Lbs. Potatoes-peeled and diced
1 Lg. Onion-chopped
1 Bell pepper-chopped
3 Celery stalks-chopped
2 cups cabbage- chopped
2 Tbs. Lemon juice
1/4 Tsp. Cumin
1 Tsp. Garlic salt
2 Tbs. Seafood seasoning
2 Tbs. Salt
2 Tbs. Black pepper
1 Can Beer

          Directions:
Use a Large Stew Pot
After peeling and dicing the potatoes put them in the pot and submerge them in water;
Add the beer and chopped sausage links and boil for 10 minutes.Stir
chop up cabbage,onion,bell pepper,celery and add them to the pot.
Add all the seasonings along with the Lemon Juice. Stir -Boil 10 minutes.
cut up the Polish sausage and Crab meat and Add them to the pot. Stir-Boil 10 minutes.
Peel the shrimp and Add them whole into the pot.Stir -Boil 5 more minutes
Let set and cool 5 minutes before serving
Store bought Oyster crackers  go great with this stew!
