This is a Great way to get the Kids
And the Husband to eat ,Their veggies!
You can minus the Kielbasa to make
this a side dish !
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups macaroni
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 pack Kielbasa -cut up
Directions:
In Large cooking pot :
Boil the macaroni ,Kielbasa ,cauliflower&broccoli for 8-10 minutes-drain
Add all the cheeses and mix well
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes,stir occasionally so it don't stick
Add salt &pepper to taste
